Logistic Solutions are a small consultancy company working in Warehousing, Transport, and Retail. The company was formed by senior consultants of the consultancy company DMA following the proprietors retirement in 2000.
The consultants who work for Logistic Solutions have over 60 Years experience in Warehousing, Transport, and Retail.
What do we do for our clients?
A large part of our time is spent providing our clients with Labour Controls, Incentive Schemes, based on sound Work Study principles. We also provide a service in the sizing of warehouses, project engineering, troubleshooting, vehicle scheduling, and staff scheduling in retail stores..
Where do we work?
We work in the Food Wholesale industry, Cash & Carry's including Delivered Trade, Numerous 3rd Party Contractors, D.I.Y. Chains on the high street. For small family, large multi national, and contracted companies.
What do we achieve for them?
Logistic Solutions provides management with detailed labour cost controls, allowing them to focus their attention on the issues. Some of our clients use these controls, through incentive schemes to directly reduce payroll costs, whilst promoting service and quality level improvements. Additional benefits arising from the use of these controls will reduce labour turnover through improved take home pay, and working conditions.

We offer a service to clients, mainly in the retail sector, with information packages to assist in the correct allocation of staff hours to sales mix in order to achieve staff effectiveness.
